Inter Milan have accepted an offer from Manchester United for Ivan Perisic.

Calciomercato.com says Inter have accepted United's improved £45million offer for winger Perisic.

The Croatian star has been one of boss Jose Mourinho's main targets this summer as he aims to improve his squad's attacking prowess.

And a deal is now believed to be close to completion.

United tabled a £36m bid last week – which fell way short of Inter's valuation of nearer £50m.

And they have now come back with the higher offer, with the Italian giants appearing resigned to the fact of losing their star man this summer.
