Does this England U21 worth £20M sale

Arsenal are reportedly ready to sell England U21 defender Calum Chambers for £20 million with Premier League rivals Crystal Palace keen (via The Daily Mirror).
If reports are to be believed, Arsenal are set to sell a number of fringe players to Premier League rivals in the coming weeks.
At the top of that list is Calum Chambers who looks set to leave the Emirates after just three seasons at the club.
The defender joined from Southampton in 2014 and after a couple of years of failing to get in the team spent a season on loan at Middlesbrough.
Chambers made 26 appearances last season before spending the summer with the England Under-21s at the European Championships.
It was thought that Chambers could begin a challenge for the first-team but it seems that the Gunners aren’t impressed with his growth in the last couple of years.
Reports indicate that Arsenal are willing to accept an offer of around £20 million from new Palace manager Frank de Boer who was, of course, an excellent defender in his playing days.
It remains to be seen whether Chambers will move on. It seems unlikely that he will get much game time for Arsenal next season so perhaps a transfer away is the best move. Let’s hope that a buy-back clause is included in any potential deal in case Chambers does achieve his potential.
