Chelsea,manchester united,liverpo already had intrest in th 20years midfielder earlier before moving to wolves.
Neves' agent is Jorge Mendes, who remains an adviser to Wolves' ambitious owners.
'I'm very happy to play at this club,' Neves told Wolves' official website.
